Entramos na fase de acabamento. Acho que a gente "se acaba" um pouco no processo. São detalhes e mais detalhes, um monte de coisas ao mesmo tempo: telhado, piso, baldrame, azulejos, impermeabilização. E chuva, muita chuva ao longo de todo processo. E gerenciamento de pessoas, talvez o mais complicado de tudo. Melhor mesmo trabalhar com grupos já organizados: contrate uma pessoa que conheça os diferentes grupos ou que tenha sua própria equipe de trabalho, porque gerenciar diretamente uma obra dá trabalho, rsrs.
No entanto, o aprendizado tem sido imenso durante esses meses todos.
080219 – The finishing phase
We have just started the finishing phase. And sometimes I have the impression the process is also “finishing me off”, so many are the details and so many are the things happening at the same time: the roof, the floor, the tiles, the walls. And the rain, the intermittent rain all day long. And on top of everything, to manage people is really tiresome. It is easier to work with organized teams. A piece of advice: hire someone who knows all the different teams involved in a construction, or someone who has their own teams, as to manage people is certainly hard work. However, my learning has been intense throughout these months.
